Carolyn Vines Sapla is a licensed attorney, real estate agent with HomeSmart Real Estate, and the CEO and Founder of Vines Sapla & Associates (VSA)—a firm dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate residential sales, loan modifications, short sales, tax relief, and credit repair.

Based in Northern Virginia, Carolyn serves Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties, along with the cities of Alexandria, Falls Church, Manassas, and Manassas Park. Her unique approach combines professional expertise with personal insight, having overcome many of the same challenges her clients face today.

Carolyn founded VSA in 2009 after navigating her own financial crisis. She turned her experience into a mission to help others regain stability, avoid foreclosure, rebuild credit, and achieve homeownership with confidence and clarity.

In addition to serving clients, Carolyn educates the community through seminars and courses—including content developed for the Prince William Association of Realtors®. She is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Omicron Chi Omega Chapter in Woodbridge, Virginia.
